At Salute Photography Studio we always do our best to deliver a product that we hope you'll love, in a perfect and undamaged condition.  If for reasons out of our control and your item(s) arrives damaged, you have 30 days to return your item(s) for a full

refund or replacement.

Returns policy: here's how it works

Contact us in writing via email at sales@salutephotographystudio.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
As soon as we receive your request, we'll send step-by-step instructions on how and where to return your order.
Repack the item(s) in the original secure packaging it came in – please note the item(s) must be in the original condition you received it in.
Once we receive your returned order, we'll replace it or refund it, including any shipping costs.

We process all refunds within 28 days .

Returns policy: what you need to know.

 1.   We recommend you keep proof of postage for any returned item(s) as we cannot consider a claim for returned goods lost in transit without one .
 2.   We cannot refund shipping costs for orders delivered outside the UK (unless the product is faulty or damaged)
 3.   We cannot offer goods in exchange for the ones that you return, only replacements.

International Orders.

Should you see a product you like but are outside of the UK, contact us at sales@salutephotographystudio.com with the title and size of the product you’re interested in, along with the area\country of destination, and we’ll get back to you within 48 business hours with shipping cost (payable by yourselves).

Will I need to pay local tax or duties on my order?

If your order is being shipped outside of the UK it may be liable to local taxes or duties. Any such charges are your responsibility.

UK (Mainland).

When will my order arrive?

We endeavour to produce and ship all UK destined orders, so that they arrive within 10 working business days of you placing an order with us.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

All of our products are shipped from the UK, at no extra cost to you, providing you with free postage and packaging for all UK orders.

How will you ship my order?

For UK destinations we ship via tracked standard secure postage via our carrier.

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

No, unfortunately we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addresses.

Will my order be subject to VAT?

All prices shown include VAT (where applicable).
